AIR.C74.NET : Home of Jason Chandler's premium x-plane aircraft
1. I respond to each order personally, your patience is appreciated. I enjoy responding to each person directly and making sure that everyone gets exemplary personal attention.

2. I do respond to every order within 24 hours, ...more often within minutes.. but if you don't get a response or your order filled within 24 hours or less contact me via email, or IM. Many spam filters are intercepting valid emails for you and there have been too many cases of this happening and folks never getting their orders due to such spam filters.

3. It is extremely important that you make sure your email address within paypal is current. I cannot be responsible for unfulfilled orders when I email your order fulfillment response to dead email addresses. If you don't get an email from me within 24 hours, DO contact me, check the email address for yourself at paypal to make sure it's the same as wht you use, and otherwise get in touch with me before forming any ideas that you haven't gotten what you've paid for. Your mailbox might even be FULL and not able to accept any new email..

4. Please check your spam filter level, as some spam filters intercept legitimate email intended for you. In some cases spam filters have intercepted order fulfillment emails, and are outside of my control. If you don't hear from me following your order by about 12, hours, check your spam filter levels or 'junk mail' folder to see if it was directed into there.

:: COLLECTION AIRCRAFT PRICING :: ($X/Aircraft/(ea)Release)

Package sets of aircraft (PIPERS) use a non-standard pricing structure due to the load that is incurred to attend to them times(x) the number of aicraft in the set. This scaled, ground-up, structure establishes a price per plane, per/each release so that the service and enhancement work that is invested and re-invested into the set is supported incrementally. This structure ensures that each release is of great value and supports the efforts contained in each release. Essentially, it ensures that you get the releases you pay for, and supports the releases that you get. This structure allows you to skip releases for xplane versions you don't have, and supports each release that you want, and choose your level of investment into the efforts behind the continuing set.

I have tortured long and hard over inventing this strategy so that it serves everyone. You the customer/supporter choose your level of involvement/support over the life of the product. The lifespan of the product is defined by the support for it over time. The product is supported incrementally and on a continuing basis. All releases and invested effort are supported, and you pay only for the releases that you actually get. This structure/model differs from the 'traditional' model, where you pay a fixed price once, and get an unspecified & unguarateed quantity of updates included to your purchase price. This format ensures that none of your money goes to waste by your funds supposedly affording you free updates, which may not come out frequently enough to justify what you paid for the aircraft.

:: INDIVIDUAL AIRCRAFT : FIXED PRICE :: (VX)

Individual aircraft traditionally use this structure. Traditionally this structure is setup with a fixed price for an aircraft that supports its creation and a factored number of updates which are provided gratis through the X.0 xplane series. There is no specified quantity or even guarantee of updates, yet they are free if and when they are available.

Individual aircraft are easier to service for compatibility, compliance and enhancement. However, they do take a lesser priority to full aircraft sets. They also are not specified or guaranteed to have an update for each release, even if operation critical. Every effort will be made to attempt to address compatibility issues as necessary, but this structure does not guarantee them.

Of final note, individual aircraft products may have features and benefits not found in the packaged aircraft sets. These value added features will allow more personalization, customization, and specific ownership.
